Financial & Insurance
Financial & Insurance Information
At 90th & Dodge Family Dentistry, we believe that quality dental care should be accessible and easy to understand. Our goal is to provide clear financial options, maximize your insurance benefits, and ensure that any remaining balance is manageable.
Payment Options
For your convenience, we accept multiple forms of payment, including:
- Cash, personal checks, and money orders
- Major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
- Flexible payment arrangements for more extensive treatment plans
A 5% discount is available for operative fees over $100 when paid in full by cash or check on the day of treatment.
Dental Insurance Assistance
As a service to our patients, we accept and will file claims for most dental insurance plans, including non-managed care, indemnity (traditional), and PPO out-of-network plans.
We believe that your healthcare decisions should be made by you and your doctor, not by an insurance company. Because of this, we do not participate in managed care networks. However, our office will gladly submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance provider so you can understand your coverage before treatment.
Our experienced team will:
✔ File insurance claims on your behalf
✔ Help you understand your benefits and out-of-pocket costs
✔ Maximize your insurance coverage whenever possible
Please note: Your insurance policy is an agreement between you and your provider. While we will assist in filing claims, you are ultimately responsible for any remaining balance if your insurance does not cover the expected amount.
Financing & Payment Plans
We understand that some treatments can be a financial commitment, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to receive the care you need.
✔ Custom Payment Plans: We offer flexible payment arrangements to help manage costs.
✔ "Layaway" Financing Plan: A structured payment plan is available for qualifying treatments.
✔ Lab-Based Treatments: Procedures that require a dental lab service (such as crowns or dentures) require a 50% payment at the time of initial treatment, regardless of insurance coverage.
If you have any questions or would like to review payment options before your treatment, please call us at 402-397-3400. We’re happy to help make your dental care as seamless and stress-free as possible.
